This course is a complete review of project design, planning and execution. Project management involves the
planning and managing of tasks and resources to achieve successful completion of specific objectives and goals.
This course captures the full cycle of project design, planning and execution, methodology, including project
analysis, needs assessments, Log Frame approach, understanding inputs, outputs and outcomes, work plan,
indicators, monitoring and evaluation which are the key elements in Project Management.
The overall objective of this course is therefore to increase project planning and management skills for effective
project implementation while expanding one’s career opportunities.
